2. Terraces II Apartments on South Bland Street owned by Southwest Properties Limited
It has recently come to the attention of CLRA staff that Southwest Properties are bound to use IBEW 625 forces as provided for in Construction Industry Panel Order #3146 issued on April 14, 2010. Accordingly, all bids on the Terraces II Apartments project will fall under the provisions of the main agreement between CLRA and IBEW 625. Southwest Properties cannot, as we understand it, accept non-union electrical bids and therefore, the new residential rates issued earlier this year by IBEW 625 will not apply to this project.
